Huaxia Institute of Cultural Exchange (HXICE)
is a non-profit organization created to promote cultural exchange
between the United States and the People's Republic of China. The
primary communities HXICE strives to serve are:

• Families with children from China (FCC)
• Families with Chinese children born and/or raised in the U.S.
• American families and organizations with a strong interest in
understanding the Chinese language, culture and people
• Chinese families and organizations with a strong interest in
understanding the English language, American culture and people

HXICE promotes cross cultural understanding through a variety of
educational and cultural immersion programs. All programs are
carefully designed to serve the unique needs of individual
communities. All programs aim to be both educational and fun. It is
our strong belief that learning cannot be effective unless it is fun. To
